This elite group of industry leaders and rising stars are more than just advocates: they are the trusted extensions of our Core and Education Teams. Hand-selected for their passion, professionalism, and dedication, our Ambassadors embody the spirit of MOB in everything they do.

 

From commanding presence at live educational workshops and national hair shows, these powerhouse professionals play a vital role in shaping the MOB experience across the country. They assist in teaching, inspire through hands-on guidance, and provide expert knowledge on our product line. They ensure every stylist they encounter feels confident, empowered, and equipped.

Beyond the stage and salon, MOB Ambassadors are also influential voices on social media, helping to spread our mission, share our story, and grow our community through creative content and engagement. Their title is more than a role, it's a badge of excellence, leadership, and trust.

What it takes: Ambassadors are all-in on MOB. We formulate our own bleach, developer, and professional color line, and our own hair extensions in three methods: Master Weft, hand-tied, and tape-in. Ambassadors teach, post, and speak on these products exclusively, because we only want people repping MOB who genuinely believe in what we've built.

 

What you get: Features on our MOB socials, hands-on stage experience, direct mentorship from our Core and Education Teams, and a title that carries real weight in this industry. This role also has the ability to move up to MOB Educator.
