Most stylists don’t have a color problem. They have an inventory problem.

Updated: Feb 20

You're overpaying for hair color. And you don't even realize it...

Because it’s never just “a few tubes.”
It’s the monthly restock.
The duplicate shade families.
The multiple brands.
The cabinet space.
The waste.
The silent profit leak.

So we asked stylists what’s really happening behind the chair…

And the results were loud.

If you’re spending $300–$800/month just to stay stocked, you’re not alone.

But you are ready for a smarter system.

Luxury results.
One cohesive color bar.
Less overhead.
Cleaner backbar.
More profit per service.

Welcome to SOHO.
Color, simplified.

Reading the post about how most stylists don’t really have a color problem but an inventory problem made me think about how small issues can look bigger than they are when you are in the middle of them. When I struggled with exam weeks, I used WGU performance assessment assistance to work through tough parts of my program and it made everything feel less overwhelming. It reminded me that finding the real root of a problem helps you fix it better.
